The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated  Certified Dietary Manager to our healthcare team in Whitfield, MS . As a Certified Dietary Manager with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals as well as assist with care plans and nutrition assessments. 

What you'll be doing:

• 1 year of clinical assisting with Care Plans.
• Managing nutritional data software. 
• Inputting nutritional information. 
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.
• Plan and design menus keeping in mind dietary restrictions
• Prepare meals, devise food programs; offer advice on good eating habits and meal planning; monitor, supervise and record the nutritional condition and requirements of the patients
• Evaluate menus and recipes; preserve records of the patients’ nutritional status and dietary progress; and help with research.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Certified Dietary Manager certification.
• Prior Healthcare experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.

Compensation Range:

• $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
