Marketing Event Coordinator

People may only spend a few minutes with a brand at an event. Good preparation helps make those minutes useful, welcoming, and easy to understand. We are looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator in Wilmington to prepare local activities and support the team while they happen. Before the event You will keep schedules and checklists current, confirm what materials are needed, and make sure colleagues have accurate campaign information. On the day and afterward Help with setup and welcome attendees. Explain campaign information and respond to routine questions. Communicate changes or issues to the appropriate colleague. Keep track of materials and practical needs during the activity. Collect feedback and complete follow-up notes. This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people and can stay organized when plans change. Experience in events, hospitality, promotions, campus activities, or community programs is welcome. You do not need a specific degree. This is an on-site Wilmington role that includes local event activity; event timing will be discussed during hiring.
