Product Owner

You are responsible for the development of a product that offers AI based Software Solutions for Energy Companies (B2B) You develop and continually refine the product roadmap, establishing clear directions and expectations for the product's evolution. You lead agile teams and facilitate agile practices. You define user stories and acceptance criteria, managing backlog refinement and prioritization. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate user needs and product requirements. You collect user feedback and lead market research. You analyse competitor products and market trends, using insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive advantage. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS/Business with at least 5 years of experience in agile product development (a certification as SCRUM master or agile coach is a benefit). You have a solid work experience as product owner, ideally in the energy sector or with software products. You are fluent in written and spoken German and English (at least B2 level). You demonstrate exceptional communication skills. You are eager to tackle complex challenges and have excellence problem-solving capabilities. You are intensely focused on customers, adopting a user-centric approach. You take ownership and maintain a clear focus on objectives. You are receptive to feedback and committed to advancing your skills. Your approach is team-oriented, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.
