Job Title: Pediatric Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Pediatrics Duration: 8 weeks Shift: NOC, every other weekend required Hours per Shift: 11.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty within the last 3 years, travel experience preferred, familiarity with Level 1 Trauma experience required License: Client RN License in hand Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA PALS Must-Have: BSN, skills checklist required, EMR experience Description: Registered Nurse position specializing in pediatrics. The role requires the ability to float to units appropriate for skill set. Every other weekend is part of the schedule. No call requirement is present for this position. Navy bottoms with a white top, or all white scrubs, are required for attire. Candidates should be able to commit to the duration and shift requirements. Interviews will include a voice advantage interview and a screening by the nurse manager. Offers will be valid for 48 business hours. If not confirmed within this timeframe, the opportunity will be offered to the next qualified clinician. Willingness to float to areas within acuity is necessary.
