You’ll learn to help individuals and families with life insurance, retirement planning, and financial protection while developing valuable sales and leadership skills.

We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are willing to learn and obtain the required state license.

This is a commission-only opportunity with performance-based earnings and growth potential.

Compensation:

$65,000 commission-only based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships and provide solutions based on their needs.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies.

• Connect with potential clients to grow the client base.

• Review client needs and identify opportunities for additional solutions.

• Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client service.

Qualifications:

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions while maintaining accurate records.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute toward team goals.

• Willingness to obtain the required state license.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Texas residents preferred.
