Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team and ensure the highest standards of product quality. The position involves conducting visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts using various measuring tools. The role requires adherence to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards to identify and report any defects or non-conforming materials. The successful candidate will document inspection results accurately and support both in-process and final inspections. The role demands close collaboration with production teams to maintain quality standards, along with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections of manufactured parts.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures to verify product specifications.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming materials.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Support in-process and final inspections as needed.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
