George Washington University Hospital

George Washington University Hospital seeks a detail-oriented Phlebotomist to perform safe, accurate blood collection in a fast-paced academic medical center. In this on-site role, you will perform venipuncture and capillary draws for diverse adult and pediatric patients across inpatient units, the ED, and clinics. You’ll verify orders, label and process specimens, and use EHR and lab systems to support timely diagnostics. Working alongside physicians, nurses, and learners, you’ll uphold strict infection-control and quality standards while contributing to teaching, research, and complex patient care in an innovative, urban environment.
