About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Senior Care Clinics, a pivotal role dedicated to the strategic leadership, integration, and operational management of clinics serving the adult population aged 65 and older. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and implementation of the senior care clinics service line, with a strong focus on quality, integration, access, and expansion. This includes the development of multi-year strategic plans, business cases for care growth, and the identification of opportunities for market growth and strategic partnerships. The VP will also maintain operational oversight, ensure harmonious relationships among various entities, and lead performance management to achieve targeted health outcomes and financial objectives. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a master’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 15 years in a relevant leadership role. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in clinical and operational proficiency, advanced knowledge of healthcare laws and compliance, strong business acumen, and experience in integrating multi-site clinical operations. The VP will be expected to drive value-based care initiatives, develop clinical pathways, and lead digital health innovation. Leadership and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves building and motivating high-performing teams, promoting physician and staff engagement, and serving as a senior administrative representative to various stakeholders. Familiarity with emerging senior care trends and quality improvement methodologies is also a key requirement.
