What We're Looking For - Endoscopy Technician
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Endoscopy Technician to support our commercial and clinical activities within the Endoscopy business. This role will play a critical part in procedure support, customer engagement, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and outstanding
customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and procedural support during endoscopy cases and product
  demonstrations.
• Support physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling and
  troubleshooting.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory management for consignment and procedure
  support.
• Ensure product availability and readiness for scheduled procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and product utilization.
• Support sales representatives and clinical specialists in account development activities.
• Assist with customer training sessions and educational workshops.
• Build strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical personnel, and purchasing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in endoscopy, operating room support, medical devices, or healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments.
• Problem-solving attitude and high sense of urgency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Availability to travel locally when required.
• Required flexibility, agility and sometimes OFF-SCHEDULE availability (weekends).
