We’re hiring a Sales Representative who wants to hit goals, close consistently, and build a real career. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential and ongoing support to help you succeed. Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up with inbound leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
- Proven sales ability or strong desire to succeed in a sales career
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable and open to feedback with a commitment to ongoing learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Insurance licensed or willing to obtain
- Commitment to ethical sales practices and excellent customer service
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure with earning potential of $50,000 to $110,000+ annually
