The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and documenting standard operating procedures, managing their own desk, and ensuring meticulous process execution. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a structured setting.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate and manage access paperwork for specialized programs.Process and manage personnel security questionnaires (PSQ).Handle the sending and receiving of visit authorization requests (VARs).Facilitate the transfer of security clearances between agencies or departments.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all security processes.Potentially schedule polygraph examinations for personnel.Represent the organization in engagements with government partners on security matters.Participate in working groups to help shape emerging security standards.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor’s degree is required.Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a TS/SCI security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience is required.Skills:Experience with personnel security questionnaires (PSQ).Proficiency in sending and receiving VARs and transferring clearances.Demonstrated ability to be proactive, detail-oriented, and operate with autonomy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with specialized security programs.Familiarity with the JADE system.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
