Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen to, communicate with and understand management, Team Players, and others Bakery Production Team Player’s Mission Effectively carry out Prasek’s mission, work with, and carry out the tasks delegated by the Bakery Manager. Essential Functions Bake – make dough Practice good personal hygiene and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the bakery (food preparation, storage and assembly) Perform closing and cleaning procedures as indicated on the Opening/Closing Checklist Ensure that all equipment, tubs and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized and stored Perform all job duties in a safe manner Operate equipment used in the bakery according to proper procedures and notify Management of needed equipment repairs Notify the Manager on duty of any unsafe conditions or safety violations Abide by all company policies and procedures as detailed in the Prasek’s Family Smokehouse Team Player Handbook and Operating Manuals #J-18808-Ljbffr Prasek S Smoke House
