In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.Why Join Us?Innovative Projects: KBR’s work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions.Collaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace.Impactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.KBR is seeking a Program Manager to support the F-35 Maintenance Systems Program Management Office (PMO), providing leadership, coordination, and oversight across a portfolio of sustainment, maintenance, logistics, and modernization initiatives supporting the F-35 Weapon System.The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution and integration of activities supporting the F-35 maintenance sustainment capabilities, ensuring alignment with program objectives, operational requirements, and acquisition milestones.Key Responsibilities:Managing cross-functional teams engaged in systems engineering, digital transformation initiatives, cyber security compliance, and lifecycle sustainment efforts critical to maintaining fleet readiness and mission effectiveness.Ensuring technical performance, schedule execution, risk management, resource allocation, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.This position serves as the primary interface between Government Program Offices, Air Force and Joint Program Office stakeholders, industry partners, and KBR leadership to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical maintenance systems capabilities that enhance F-35 sustainment operations, operational availability and long-term platform readiness.Work EnvironmentLocation: On-site, Miamisburg, OHTravel Requirements: 10% minimal travel.Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per weekRequired Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree-7-10 years of experience-Secret Security Clearance required-Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, staffing, budgets, risks, and deliverables-Experience interacting with Government customers and Program Management Offices (PMOs)-Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadershipDesired Qualifications:-Advanced Degree-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification-Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification or equivalent-Experience supporting AFLCMC organizations and acquisition programs-Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and subcontractorsReady to Make a Difference?If you’re excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
