Host – Front of House Provide a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escort guests to tables. Take reservations and manage the wait list when necessary. This position is part of the Front of House service team, requiring excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to assigned tables. Accept and process reservations, maintaining an accurate wait list. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Collaborate with other Front of House staff to coordinate service flow. Maintain a clean and organized host station. Qualifications Must be 17 years of age or older. Demonstrated high level of customer service and communication skills. Energetic, friendly demeanor and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Pay Range (Base Pay): $12.04 - $14.51 per hour Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (eligible after 18 years and 1+ year of service). 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 4% of pay (eligible after 21 years and 1+ year of service).
