Entry Level Technicians Needed

Lube Technician is expected to perform the following duties: Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the dealership. Perform lube, oil, filter, and multipoint services for customer vehicles. Teach and support co‑workers to achieve high standards. Identify opportunities to improve business operations and customer service. Primary Duties Ensure maximum productivity, customer service, and cost control through: Performing all lube, oil, filter, and multi‑point inspection processes to ensure proper diagnoses. Assessing supplemental vehicle needs. Maintaining quality service at all times and notifying management of substandard processes, parts, or procedures. Keeping vehicles clean during servicing and repair. Providing prompt and accurate service and communication to achieve customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and adhering to OSHA/EPA requirements. Carrying out any additional duties requested by management. Operate with integrity: Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others. Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, and maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (recommended but not required). One year experience as a technician’s assistant or apprentice. Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR in accordance with company policy. Local state inspection license preferred. Physical Requirements Work performed in a shop setting. Exposure to various weather conditions during duties. Exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, adhesives. Required to lift up to a minimum of 100 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.
