Title: QC Inspector
Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Remote/On-site/Hybrid: 100% on-site from day 1
Working hours: 6:00 am-2:30 pm PST M-F
Overtime likely, possibly including Saturdays
Duration: 12 months
What we're looking for:
Looking for a highly motivated QC Inspector.

What you'll be doing:

Primary function is Visual Inspection to identify surface defects per written Criteria
Documenting defects
Creating Non-Conforming Material Reports
Communicating new issues
Work independently and within the Spring Team
Visual inspection of springs will make up over 90% of work time
Cross training to perform other inspection tasks
Assist other inspectors at times prepping parts for inspection

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) - Highlight Top 3-5 skills

Intermediate level of writing, math, and computer skills
Follow instructions written and verbal without deviation
Committed to devoting FULL ATTENTION to the task
Team Player who works well with others to meet deadlines
Must be very punctual and reliable

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

Familiar with engine parts
Visual Inspection experience
Demonstrate history of meeting goals/deadlines
