PRN Acute/Swing Bed RN

PRN Acute/Swing Bed RN delivers high-quality acute and swing bed nursing care in a hospital setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. The role requires a valid RN license in Montana, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, and at least one year of ER and swing bed experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver acute and swing bed nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Execute treatments and procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously, respond to emergencies, and elevate concerns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Montana or applicable state.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• At least 1 year of ER and swing bed experience.
• Good physical endurance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
