Shannon Johnson Agency in Jacksonville, FL, is looking for a goal-oriented , enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. As an insurance sales representative, you will be giving back to your community every day by ensuring you are providing your clients with the best coverage to fit their unique needs. We pride ourselves on our excellent culture, providing superior customer service, and always doing the right thing . If you are a motivated self-starter who loves a fast-paced environment and friendly competition , this is the role for you. Responsibilities
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and meet monthly sales goals.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents , you’ll be building clientele via telemarketing, warm leads , and mailers .
- Utilizing your negotiation skills , you’ll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be cross-selling and helping clients round out their accounts.
Requirements
- An Active FL Property & Casualty License is Required.
- Insurance Experience is preferred; sales experience is Required.
- Rapport-building skills with professional phone and office etiquette .
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Basic computer software knowledge.
