Partners Personnel Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize production areas, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; remove trash and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect equipment, machinery, and work surfaces according to company procedures.
- Follow proper chemical handling and dilution guidelines.
- Operate cleaning tools and equipment such as floor scrubbers, power washers, and disinfecting sprayers.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
- Ensure all sanitation tasks are completed according to the sanitation schedule (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with other general labor or support tasks as needed.
