Maintenance Coordinator

Our client is seeking a full time Maintenance Coordinator in/near Odessa, TX.

The coordinator is responsible for planning and maintaining facility assets and equipment at plant(s). You will report to the Facility Manager.

Duties; This is not a full list of duties.

Document preventative maintenance tasks and inspect equipment frequently for signs of wear.

Operate, maintain, and monitor computer-based maintenance programs (MPulse). Company will train on software.

Assist in plant development.

Your mechanical background should include maintenance of pumps, gears, fans, motors, valves, oil filtering systems, etc.

Will drive forklift, cart, small motor vehicles.

All employees must uphold company safety processes and use caution in all areas of plant.

Work is preformed onsite in an industrial setting with extreme hot and cold environments.

The Coordinator will work 40 hours per week.

Hourly rate is dependent on experience and Company offers an excellent benefits package with PTO and other perks.

Employees will undergo a background check and drug screen prior to start date.
