A high-profile Scottsdale-based corporation with a national presence is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to personally handle commercial litigation for the company and its multiple affiliated businesses.

This attorney will work directly with existing in-house counsel and company leadership, handling contract and business disputes from initial evaluation through settlement or trial. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, managing discovery and motion practice, conducting depositions, and representing the company in court. Outside firms may be retained for additional support and specialized expertise as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona bar membership in good standing.
• At least seven years of commercial litigation experience, including substantial experience with contract and business disputes.
• Demonstrated trial experience and the ability to independently manage litigation from beginning to end.
• Strong legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and communication skills.
• Practical judgment and the ability to work closely with counsel and business leadership.
