What You Will Do to Change Lives

As a senior member of the clinical team, the Family Nurse Practitioner provides direct medical treatment to members served.

Nurse Practitioner, General - Per-Diem as needed Mon-Sun

Compensation -

Expected starting Employee wage range $80 - $98 / Hourly

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses

At the Telecare Kern Adult PHF, we provide 24/7 intensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a safe, welcoming environment for adults experiencing a mental health emergency. 16 beds that serves individuals aged 18 and older who reside in Kern County and need therapeutic/inpatient psychiatric services and may be admitted voluntarily or involuntarily, pursuant to Welfare & Institutions Code 5250 et seq.
