Front-end Software Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Front-end Software Developer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions through testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.


Rate Range: $55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Front-end Software Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality features and seamless user experiences.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and participate in UI/UX design reviews and product demonstrations.
• Develop and execute functional, automated, and UI tests to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, optimize application performance, and implement best practices for accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO.
• Contribute to full-stack development efforts using Spring Boot and cloud technologies, while adhering to architectural standards and development guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years of application development experience with front-end technologies.
• Proven experience developing responsive, user-centric web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Full Stack technologies, with exposure to GCP Cloud Run.
• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing UI/functional testing, optimizing application performance, and delivering high-quality user experiences in an Agile environment.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
