Flexibility Plus Rehab is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapists to join our dynamic rehabilitation center located in Roselle, New Jersey. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center in Roselle offers a warm and inviting setting where colleagues come together to support one another and share expertise. Working Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, our staff enjoys a structured schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance while serving the local community.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flexibility Plus Rehab, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients, primarily focusing on children.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Regularly reassessing patients' progress by monitoring clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our electronic record system, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans.
• Educating patients and their families about therapeutic processes, recovery challenges, and strategies to foster ongoing improvement.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals and other operational objectives to support the center's mission.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams within Flexibility Plus Rehab to address the multifaceted needs of clients receiving multiple therapeutic services.
• Promoting and embodying the core values of our organization, serving as an ambassador for our commitment to excellence and compassionate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists work with a wide demographic, including children with developmental challenges, adults recovering from surgeries or injuries, and elderly patients seeking to restore their mobility and independence. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Hold a current and unrestricted physical therapy license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrate a willingness to conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatments in both in-person settings as well as telehealth when appropriate.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to working with a diverse patient population, displaying cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Possess excellent collaborative skills, sustainability, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Showcase flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a rehabilitation or pediatric setting will be given preference. Experience with teletherapy or familiarity with electronic medical record systems can enhance your candidacy, as will any specialized training in therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
