Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Location: 1946 10th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577-5624 Salary: $18.00 - $26.00/hr* (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Employment type: Full time Shift: May vary Position Summary Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associates keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide helpful customer service in the deli department. They play an important role in ensuring product quality and safety for members. What You'll Do Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company steel standard guidelines; and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management. Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area by properly handling claims and returns; zoning the area; receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services. Follows company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following cold chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area; monitoring fans, drains, and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to management.
