IT Service Desk Analyst

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are hiring three (3) HRIS Advisor I positions. One role is expected to last approximately 3 months , while the other two are anticipated to be 6–12 month contract-to-hire opportunities. The HRIS Advisor I is responsible for supporting the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) , Learning Management System (LMS) , and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . This role provides day-to-day production support, resolves user issues, and ensures the smooth operation of HR systems. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support for HRIS, Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Respond to user requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot, research, and resolve HR system-related issues. Perform production support and system maintenance activities. Execute scheduled tasks, including mass data updates and system transactions. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data. Collaborate with HR and business users to resolve system issues and improve processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting HRIS, LMS, or Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
