Paraprofessional: Community Support & Safety Advocate

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking paraprofessional staff to support children and adults with developmental disabilities or mental health issues in community locations or Pride facilities. You will implement person-centered plans, ensure safety, and support daily living and therapeutic activities.

You will arrange or provide transportation, offer supportive counseling, and intervene to de-escalate aggressive behaviors, reporting to the program manager.
