Beauty Sales team members create personalized beauty experiences and help customers discover products suited to their needs. The role focuses on beauty trends, makeup, skincare, and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities
- Apply makeup, analyze skincare needs, and recommend products tailored to customer goals.
- Build customer relationships, book appointments, and support beauty events and services.
- Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges; support customer loyalty and rewards enrollment.
- Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay informed about products and trends.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to address customer concerns and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
