Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service, and sell to an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor and outdoor duties, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. In addition, the role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a majority of work on a 4‑day week with no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. All candidates also receive comprehensive 10‑week training. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Active driver's license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment. Physical ability to perform job requirements. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
