Maintenance Technician – LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston Love fixing things and keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team! What You’ll Do Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, doors and more Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues Complete preventative maintenance and inspections Replace bulbs, projectors, displays and basic tech equipment Help with exhibit setup, teardown and shipping/receiving Repair walls, fixtures, furniture and interior spaces Respond quickly to work orders and keep guests safe Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs Able to work independently and solve problems fast Comfortable in fast-paced, guest‑facing environments Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required) Physical Requirements Lift up to 70 lbs Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft) Stand / walk for long periods Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards Benefits The LEGO Group is fully committed to equal employment opportunity and equal pay and seeks to encourage applicants from all backgrounds (eg. sex, gender identity or expression, race/ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, age and religion) to apply for roles in our team.
