Behavior Technician (BT) - Greensboro, NC

Job Summary:

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. As a valuable member of our team, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings, and work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development

• Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs

• Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes

• Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)

• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Ability to adapt to client needs in a dynamic environment

Work Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (RBT) positions available

• Hours vary depending on client availability and caseload needs

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)

• 15–25+ hours per week, depending on your availability and client needs

Compensation:

• $20–$26 per hour
