Compensation: Up to $72,000 plus bonus

- Maintain optimal banquet department staffing, in line with union agreements, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and approve schedules, forecasts, and budgets for the banquet department, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Establish and uphold departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures to achieve excellence in service.
- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including labor management, equipment inventory control, and service delivery.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and efficient service through effective coordination with culinary and service teams.
- Three to five years of progressive management experience in large, upscale hotel or convention center banquet operations.
- Certifications such as "Certified Food Manager" and "TIPS" or equivalent are required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
