To support international payroll administration for global mobility clients, the full-time International Compensation & Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processes, deliver payroll instructions, and conduct reconciliations while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in payroll services for international clients Create and deliver payroll instructions to local payroll providers based on compensation worksheets Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations and prepare total compensation reports for clients Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in global payroll, global mobility, or auditing roles Expertise in auditing and reconciling payroll results Experience in producing compensation worksheets or a strong understanding of their preparation Proficiency with Excel and ad hoc report writing tools High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or global payroll specialty designation preferred
