Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PTA certification required.
• Home Health experience required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00-16:30.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
• Weekend or on-call requirement: None.
• Coverage area: Denver metro area.
• Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits.
• Productivity expectation: 30 points.
• Responsibilities include continuing visits, weekly case conference, and charting in HomeCare HomeBase.

Location Highlights

Denver offers access to urban attractions and mountain recreation.
