Title Field Nurse Case Manager Location Houston, TX Req Number 1856 Job Summary Full‑time (0.75–1.0 FTE) Field Nurse Case Manager – hybrid position based in Houston, TX. Salary range: $70,000–$98,000 annually (based on FTE). Responsibilities Medical case management of work‑related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. Collaborate with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees. Monitor progress of injured workers and report results to employers and insurance carriers. Travel 80% of the time within the Houston area, remain licensed in Texas, and be willing to manage catastrophic cases. Qualifications Current, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas. Experience in workers’ compensation case management (preferred). Certifications such as CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC preferred; required within two years of hire. Strong organization, timeline adherence, PC and technology, and written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight. Skilled at patient education. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Valid driver’s license with good driving history. Benefits PPO, HDHP, HMO health insurance options.
