Job Description BlueStar is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Assistant to support our multi-state West Coast Territory based in Laguna Hills, California. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional service to our reseller partners. Responsibilities Process customer orders, quotes, and order tracking requests accurately and efficiently Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely support Communicate product information and solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner Collaborate with internal departments including sales, credit, billing, order entry, returns, technical services, purchasing, and marketing Learn and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies related to Auto ID scanning, POS hardware, digital signage, and mobility computing Support reseller partners with product selection and general sales assistance Utilize Oracle Order Management and CRM systems to manage customer accounts and transactions Qualifications Experience in distribution and/or channel sales environments preferred Experience within the Auto ID scanning, POS, digital signage, or mobility marketplace is highly desirable Familiarity with products from Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Posiflex, Elo, Samsung, Sharp, Philips, HP, Epson, Star, and Citizen is a plus Oracle Order Management and CRM experience preferred Associate degree or equivalent work experience Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
