About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President to join their insurance solutions team, with a focus on data operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and cross-checking various data types from multiple systems, as well as helping to define and maintain data governance policies, quality rules, and change-control processes. This role also involves the design and maintenance of operational and management dashboards, the definition and monitoring of KPIs, and assisting with both internal and external reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management operations, data management, or insurance and financial services, with a particular emphasis on a strong understanding of financial instruments and transaction lifecycles.

Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should have 8-10 years' of relevant experience and be proficient in Excel. Experience with SQL or financial data tools is a plus. The role requires the ability to evaluate processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven recommendations. The candidate will also be expected to investigate and resolve data issues, collaborate with the AIS team on data changes, and coordinate with IT on system modifications. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves working with various stakeholders on data requests and maintaining documentation for all data checks and reconciliations.
