Job Description Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist – Full Time Physical Therapy Services Total Rehab – Stephenville, Texas Total Rehab is looking for an enthusiastic, purpose‐driven PT to join our dynamic team! This full‐time role blends traditional outpatient care with occupational and onsite industrial services—helping employees stay safe, strong, and work‐ready while also managing private & post surgery physical therapy needs. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive evaluations and craft individualized treatment plans with a strong occupational, ergonomic, and functional focus. Provide hands‐on, evidence‐based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‐education, and functional mobility training. Deliver onsite industrial services , such as post‐offer employment testing, early intervention, ergonomic assessments, job demand analyses, and employee education. Apply and promote OSHA‐aligned safety principles , helping employers reduce injury risk and maintain a safe workplace through proactive strategies and prevention programs. Collaborate with referring providers, employers, case managers, and team members to deliver seamless, patient‐centered care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation that supports compliance, communication, and high‐quality outcomes. Educate patients and employees on safe movement, ergonomics, and long‐term functional wellness. Contribute to a positive, engaged clinic culture and participate enthusiastically in ongoing growth and professional development. Qualifications Active Texas Physical Therapist License (required). Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited program. Strong clinical foundation in orthopedic, occupational, functional, or industrial rehabilitation . Experience or interest in OSHA safety guidelines , onsite/industrial PT, ergonomics, or early intervention programs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage patients, employers, and multidisciplinary partners. Highly motivated, independent, and collaborative with a passion for proactive care.
