Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Royal Community Supports is looking for a self‑motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an individual who lives in Pennington, New Jersey. Job Description Pennington – experienced Direct Support Professional/DSP needed to work Mondays & Fridays from 11:45 AM to 2:15 PM supporting an individual to succeed at a volunteer job. The candidate must have an upbeat but peaceful attitude and be able to provide a calming presence. Excellent for candidates who can adjust support based on the individual’s needs. $25/hour. Schedule of Services Mondays & Fridays from 11:45 AM to 2:15 PM. Benefits (Full time benefits after 25 hours) A 401K benefit, available to employees who have successfully completed their 90‑day introductory period. Employees are eligible to enroll the following month. Royal has a 10 % match to employee contributions.
