Berkley North Pacific’s internship program gives students hands?on exposure to multiple areas of the insurance industry. Throughout the ten?week experience, you’ll build business knowledge, develop practical skills, expand your professional network, and complete meaningful projects that make a real impact. Interns interact with senior leaders and receive an overview of key operations across the organization. This year’s internship focuses specifically on brand and communications strategy and marketing. What We’re Looking For We seek high?performing students who bring: Creativity and curiosity Strong analytical and problem?solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication A collaborative, team?oriented mindset Interest in marketing, communications, or business (prior experience not required) Ability to commit to the full ten-week internship program Require that candidates be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Availability to work on site at the Meridian, ID location (we offer a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one remote day per week when appropriate; however, the first few weeks of the internship will require being on-site five days a week) Program Benefits Hands?on marketing and communications experience Exposure to senior leaders and multiple business function Real?world insurance industry insights Professional development sessions throughout the program Resume refinement, including guidance on highlighting the skills, projects, tools, and industry language valued in future full?time roles Additional Experience Beyond day?to?day project work, interns participate in networking events and social activities with BNP professionals, including leadership sessions with key management, team?building experiences, and volunteer or community service opportunities.
