What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient oncology and hematology consultations for adult patients
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 patients daily, with growth anticipated
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a new practice setting within a hospital environment
• Support hospital inpatient consultations as needed
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call (1:2 ratio, rotating)
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Engage in a community-based practice focused on general oncology and hematology

What You Need

• BC or BE in Hematology/Oncology
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA registration
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

This assignment is at a newly opening medical oncology and hematology practice inside a 131-bed hospital in Lewisburg, PA. The team includes support staff such as front office personnel, an RN, MA, and navigator, facilitating a comprehensive patient-centered approach. The clinic handles general oncology and hematology cases, with opportunities for inpatient consults.
