About the Role:

ISR Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated, hard-working, and compassionate individual willing to be a team player at our Elmwood location. We are a privately owned physical therapy clinic, treating a range of musculoskeletal problems, including low back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, work-related injuries, and sports injuries. This full-time position (M-F, 8-5) is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while growing your career in a supportive, hands-on clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and modalities prior to patient sessions
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities under therapist supervision
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during treatments, reporting changes to the PT
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, equipment, and supply inventory
• Assist front-desk support as needed
• Build positive, encouraging relationships with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to stand, lift, and assist patients with mobility for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
