RN - OR Circulator

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8s, Monday–Friday, rotating start times between 0600–2030; on-call required at least 1 night per week and 1 weekend per schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
• Coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff throughout surgical cases
• Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care
• Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment
• Fulfill on-call obligations including nights and weekends as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of full-time operating room experience
• Experience in Orthopedic, Neurology, and Trauma surgical specialties
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
