ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency has proudly served the community since January 2020 and is supported by a team of 4 talented professionals. Before opening the agency, I started in the industry under another agent in 2017. I was motivated to build something of my own, and State Farm provided the perfect opportunity to run my own business with strong culture, support, and community partnership.

I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in International Business and have a rich multicultural background. My commitment to the community runs deep; I'm active in my church, participate in local service projects, and previously served as a missionary for two years.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
