We are partnered with an established regional general contractor looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its growing Cincinnati team.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading complex projects but also wants to play a larger role in the continued growth and development of a local team.

The Opportunity

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, design partners, and client relationships
• Maintain ownership of budget, schedule, contracts, procurement, and overall project execution
• Serve as a key point of contact with owners and project stakeholders
• Partner closely with field leadership throughout construction
• Support and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• Help improve internal processes and contribute to the continued growth of the Cincinnati operation
• Opportunity to remain hands-on with projects while taking on increased leadership responsibility over time

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor
• Proven experience managing projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contracts
• Experience working directly with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Ability to independently lead projects while developing younger team members
• Cincinnati / Southwest Ohio market experience preferred
• Experience across multiple commercial sectors is a plus
