Marketing Representative

Job TitleJob DescriptionAssists in collection, compiling, writing, and producing a variety of publicity materials for flyers and other marketing materials. May transmit and receive documents and messages electronically using a personal computer or workstation that is networked or linked to other computers or workstations throughout the work area or organization. Determines proper formats and internal arrangements based on the nature and purpose of the materials. Performs a variety of general office duties such as receiving telephone calls and visitors, routing and filing correspondence, and maintaining the filing system. Oversees the FSS print shop, includes creating designs, printing, and formatting prints for external customers. Manages inventory and ordering for the print shop. Ensures stock and/or supplies are on hand and adequate to conduct business. Maintains security cash and fixed assets.
