Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

Our growing family dental practice is seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to become an important part of our team. Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Type: Part-Time, Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Assist with payment collection and processing
• Help keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Support the clinical team as needed to ensure a smooth patient experience

• Good computer skills and ability to learn practice software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or patient records is beneficial.
