An established law firm is seeking a high-performing Employment Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

• Handle end-to-end litigation - from pleadings to trial preparation.

• Draft & respond to discovery and initial pleadings.

• Prepare, argue, and manage motions.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Work on complex employment and labor law matters, including wage & hour claims.
  

Looking For:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred) .

• Strong courtroom and motion practice skills.

• Excellent legal writing & analytical ability.

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

• A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.
  

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
