Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager position based in Prince Frederick Maryland. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, maintain and use office equipment, and ensure seamless administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing paperwork, communicating with clients and vendors, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will act as the key point of contact for office-related inquiries and will ensure the efficient and professional functioning of the office environment. Qualifications Proficient in Communication and strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, data entry, and managing documents efficiently. Knowledge of Office Equipment usage and maintenance to support day-to-day functions. Dedicated to providing exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Skilled in Office Administration, with attention to organization, time management, and multitasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software is a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and display high levels of professionalism and discretion.
