Come make an impact on the communities we serve as we help advance health equity on a global scale.Specialty: Primary CareSchedule: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PMLocation: 3743 Landmark Dr. Ste 200, Lafayette IN 47905Primary Responsibilities:This position will be working in the Phone Room handling patient calls, but may also be cross trained to assist with the duties below:Assist patients with intake processes including copying required documentsAnswer phones and schedule appointmentsObtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance informationManage medical records (maintains, files / scans, prepares for schedule)Ensure all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in timely mannerProcess requests for medical records release and maintain appropriate logsWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
